Bait and switch. Nothing more disappointing than calling, clearly outlining what I want and when I show up, it's materialy different. Their solution was to put 'Johnny " (forget name) on it who, as they say, is not our best guy. Absolutely out of touch. I live in a world where you say what you can deliver, then deliver.
