Bad service – Needed a tire replaced and within a year had the tire fail because they did not replace the valve stem on the tire.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! – DO NOT GO HERE!!! They may give you the cheapest quotes for a car repair (that's why I initially went there) but the parts they put in are CHEAP and WILL BREAK!! I first went in because my vehicle was having a hard time starting. They determined that my fuel pump was bad. Fair enough, that's kind of what I expected was wrong. Be careful sales people will rip you off – Sales people including store managers will try and sell items your car does not need. Went in for two tires. Mechanic said car had loose front wheel bearing, very dangerous. Had tires replaced but not the wheel bearing. Went to second mechanic, chevy dealer, who checked it out and found there was absolutely nothing wrong with either wheel bearing. Tires plus must work off commission and increase sales by replacing parts customers do not need. I will never go back

maybe a little more than the guys next door but u get what you pay for – I have been doing business with this business for 15+ years and recommend them very highly over any of their competitors. This location goes the extra mile for their customers. always on time always quality work. i wish i still lived in this part of the cities.
