I have owned many cars and had service done many many places and removed my tires myself. Never have I had a wheel stud broke off. Today was the 3rd time I have had studs broke off at Tires plus at this location and they broke two off at that. My brake rotor was chipped in two spots when they replaced it as well. And I had to wait two hours extra. I have free tire rotation, but I'm afraid to go back since they have done this now three times. I would not recommend this location after my bad experiences.
RecommendedNate was very friendly, helpful, and professional. excellent customer service!!
My only complaint was that my tire could not be repaired and I ended up having to buy 2 brand new tires. But, I was able to take advantage of getting a Tire Plus credit card, which saved me 5% on the purchase and I have 0% financing for 6 months. Nate at the counter and the gentleman that worked on my car gave me excellent service.
