I do not typically leave reviews for many things but sometimes you come across service that deserves recognition and then some. As someone with little car knowledge and an acute need for a repair this store helped me not only perfectly but also did so in the most friendly and approachable manner. The service was beyond perfect and I can not recommend it more. Wow !
The service was great. Website nailed everything except the app. needs a little improvement such as scheduling but doesn’t link from website to app. And the app doesn’t have all the trims. For example, 2010 Toyo Corolla trim such XSE, LE, L, but no S.
Every time I have called or gone in, the staff has been SO friendly and welcoming and HELFUL! They don't down talk me because I'm a woman and don't try to upsell. They give it to you straight!
The new tires and alignment were done efficiently and professionally, and the cost was less than other retailers we looked at. The mechanics also completed very thorough vehicle diagnostics and gave us a detailed report of issues that will soon require our attention. From the Associate who scheduled our appointment to the able mechanics, we are very happy with the services we received!
