I’d historically avoided this location and most other inner metro locations due to the negative Google reviews and drove all the way out to maple grove instead. However I accidentally made an appointment here and really needed the alignment done on a Sunday so decided to see how the service was and was very pleasantly surprised by how quick, professional, and quality the work was.
Great shop Jayden was great
Spoke with a representative yesterday who tried to convince me to drop my car off for the day. I told him I couldn't do that because I dont have anyone to pick me up. He followed up by scheduling me with an actual appointment time. When I drove to the shop another representative told me I wasn't even scheduled to come in. Places like these will waste your off days from work. The shop is full but they'll tell you whatever to squeeze out another dollar without respect to customer service and/or customers time
