Wait time was a bit long for a second look at the same problem with a different diagnosis. They did however properly diagnose and repair the problem during this visit.
Someone broke the AC piece off and I kindly talked to the manager Robert and he was being smart. I told him where the piece was and everything and he said they had no reason to touch it. He didn’t want to even fix it, and tried to tell me it’s been that way. My husband dropped the car off to them and nothing was missing or broken. Don’t come to this place the try to sale me 2 tires for almost $1300 because the need to bring them from different place bs ,
Around April 2024, the car had a/c isssues. The technician who serviced A/c made wrong diagnosis and i ended up paying for unnecessary charges including the change of a/c condenser. This was a deliberate attempt to fleece the customer and extract ransom. It was pure cheating that cost me almost $3000, when the work could have been completed in just $300
