Unprofessional, not willing to do work. I understand being busy and booked up but telling me my listed vehicle is over the weight capacity of the lift they have when clearly it is a few thousand pounds under is embarrassing. Do research before trying to wave me away.
I had my truck in for service twice, for more than two days both times for the same one hour job. I had asked for all 4 tires to be balanced and had to go back because it wasn’t done right. My truck sat more than 2 days because there is clearly only one mechanic there that apparently knows what they're doing, and whom clearly is the one who runs the shop. The Tire plus in Bryn Mawr is great place to change your tire or any tire related services. They have excellent service and staffs are friendly as well as supportive. The price is reasonable. Service is pretty much prompt. I definitely recommend this for tires related services. Thanks so much the tire plus for great service.
Prompt service and friendly associates. Would recommend! Came in for an emergency tire plug (thanks, 476 ) with no appointment and Debbie was so kind and helpful. The team got me in and out in 45 minutes for $30 on a Saturday and I was able to continue on to a family vacation with basically no interruption. My 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander GT needed its air conditioning repaired, and your team had it fixed on Tuesday, July 14, 2026—right in the middle of some of the hottest days of the summer.
