Great experience at Tires Plus.
The service was very positive. Very user friendly. I was informed of every step in the process from inspection, cost and approximate time. Definitely will be my place for service. This is my 3rd car in several years using them for various services. Marty the manager is really nice to all the customers.
Outstanding experience. Will certainly return due to their great customer care. Lucky to have worked with Debbie who was professional, helpful, knowledgeable and sincere. Had an emergency flat that required some extra attention. From my vantage point, Debbie made me a priority, and I was never left wondering. Really appreciated that. Debbie got my car fixed and out the door in less than 24 hours even though I never had an appointment. Marty was very patient and knowledgeable. He was very honest, he offered discounts for other things that were wrong so I will be coming back. William initially made my appointment and he was very nice and patient also.
