Made an appointment and drove up from Delaware because I previously had good experiences here. NOT this time. I waited over 2 hours for an oil change and honestly even that didn't bother me but what did bother me was the next day I got in my car and the check oil light went on. I called and nobody answered. I stopped driving the car all together and finally got a hold of someone to ask what type of oil they put in my car because I received no paper work or anything and had no clue what oil to put in. The team at this Tires Plus location (Bryn Mawr, PA) is exceptional. They do things the right way, explain things clearly, and work to have a positive outcome. This is our go to place for tire work, and they have also handled repair work very well.Â
After a blow out tire coming to visit my kids in Philly Tires Plus was amazing getting me in for same day service! I needed 4 new tires, which I had an appointment the next week to get but got my new tires from Tires Plus and saved money too! Marty was awesome! Recommend to anyoneÂ
