Excellent service from online appointment that was answered immediately. I arrived and my car was taken at the appointment time. Jorge took my car. Andy took care of me on the counter and Alex the technician was awesome as well. All that on a Sunday.
Had a battery changed at Tires Plus in Cutler bay and Mr Andy was our service advisor. He was professional and very helpful. I give the store 5 stars due to the outstanding cusomer service of Mr Andy.
I came in close to closing time on a rainy night. They took care of me and got me on my way. Very polite, and happy to have my business. I would highly recommend this business.

To whom this may concern, I have been coming to see John the store manager here for at least the last 12 to 13 years at this location on US1 and 157th and I have never been disappointed in the customer service skills that he and George has assistant manager display and I love their thoroughness as well very consistent especially the honesty is second to none.
