They suck!! Everytime I’ve been there several fights going on !! And on top of that Manager wears his mask w nose sticking out w the shop full of people 😡
I had a wonderful experience this morning! I came in first thing in the morning and was greeted with a smile and a fresh pot of coffee! I had a slow leak in one of my tires and now my car is running perfectly fine! Thank you Edgar for your kind assistance and a big shout out to your mechanic who quickly and efficiently patched my tire! 😊😊😊
RecommendedI have to say I am completely surprised and extremely happy with the customer service at this location!! Another location made a huge mistake I won’t mention the what location. But this location to control of the situation and rectified it with no extra charge that shows huge customer service some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
Not Enjoyable – They used to be a pretty good place for car maintenance, but me as well as family members continued to have car problems even with new vehicles. In my opinion they are doing shady work that is not asked of them to ensure people return. I had to go there every three months for the same repairs and these were expensive jobs. In the past they used to have a lot of business, but it has gotten slow. Something is not right. I don't trust the place anymore.
