I appreciate that Tires Plus accommodated my hectic schedule and fit me in near closing time, but I had a very bad experience. The customer service appeared friendly and kind, but they lacked the initiative or integrity to inform me that the tire to be removed was in great condition. Luckily, I butted in and had them note that the tires removed were to be placed in my car. I was still somehow charged the tire disposal fee. I will be further discussing with Tires Plus tomorrow to situate that hiccup...if only that was the min... read more
they lied,lied,lied,lied.they thought i did not know what i was talking about and they tried to get me to spend more money.i did not need to get half of the stuff done that they told me.the employees were arguing about the way they get paid.they do not get paid for tires,they get paid for the "other" work.no wonder why they try getting you to spend more money.i will never,ever go to tires plus again,even if it is free,they will always get you to pay for the "paid work".
I had no problems or questions with this site.
