I dropped off my car for services at Tires Plus on 7/12/25 at 9:45 am for a front end alignment and air condition services. After 2:30 pm, I placed a call for a status check and was told that I would be called back in 5 mins., with the update. After more than 30 minutes, I called again and was told that I would need to purchase 2 new front tires for a front end alignment and that the air conditioning services had been completed. Mike the service tech that always work on my vehicle, makes sure my vehicle is safe for the road.
Today was my first time visiting this Tire Plus location and I can honestly say I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the staff, in particular Kwame. They were prompt in getting the customers in and out. I will definitely recommend this place.
