They’re amazing! Kwame was so kind, helpful and got me in and out without an appointment! And the techs were personable, knowledgeable and provided great customer service!
The store mgr Kwame helped today. I originally went to the Brandywine location and had a bad experience. I needed front brakes and rotors replaced but they didn’t want to work with me when it came to the price. So I called the Capital Heights location and that’s when I spoke to Mr. Kwame. He was very professional and I told him about my experience at Brandywine. He said let me see what I can do and he did just that! He offered a price that I could afford and I was very grateful.
