I had a wonderful experience at Tires Plus on Walker Mill Road in Capitol Heights! I came in with a flat tire and was able to be seen right away. Gonzalo helped me schedule my appointment and made sure I was well taken care of. Mike, the technician, was knowledgeable and took the time to educate me on proper tire maintenance, which I truly appreciated. The entire team was professional, helpful, and efficient—I was in and out in under an hour! I’m incredibly grateful for their excellent service and highly recommend this locat... read more
Overall, my experience was satisfactory. The waiting area was very crowded, and there weren’t enough chairs for customers. Adding more comfortable seating would improve the experience for those waiting for service. I also found a pair of work gloves left inside my vehicle. A more thorough final inspection before returning vehicles to customers would be appreciated.
we didn't have an appointment and the ly were able to fit us in and fix our flat tire fast. Kwame and Alex were rock stars and helped us out so much. Go see them for your tire needs.
