My starter actually died while I was getting services done to my older Honda, the staff were very understanding and didn’t rush me as I be worked to find a solution. I ended up getting the vehicle towed as I have personal connections to replace my starter but the mechanics were quick to aid in pushing my car out the shop and in sight of the tow.
