Woke up to a flat tire. Booked an appointment online. Showed up at my appointed time, only to be turned away because they were running behind. Its a good thing my employer was flexible, because I rely on my car for my livelihood. I don't have time for business that don't keep their commitments. Recommend you take your business elsewhere.
What is the point of completing everything online, picking four tires, and then when you get there for your appointment you made online they don't know anything about you, you have to redo all your information again you just did online, and then they don't have the tires that you picked out online and try to upcharge you what are the cost $30 more a piece. I had an appointment for a wheel alignment at 12pm. They told me it would take 1.5 to 2 hours. I came back at 2pm and my car was still where I parked it. Maybe they finished it and didn’t call me yet? No, they never moved it. I go inside to as about it and they act confused as if 2 hours had not passed.
