This place is a mess and say as a customer who is generally understanding. I was very disappointed with my experience. I made an appointment at 130pm to patch my tires and I explicitly made it clear that I wanted to make sure that my car would be seen at 130 and that I would wait and pick up (vs getting dropped off and come back…they understood and after originally scheduling 2pm appointment, they said 130 appointment opened up). Tire Plus told me that I need to replace 3 tires immediately. I had a second opinion and was told that the tires are good and do not need to be replaced. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and DISHONEST
Andrew and Riley are THE BEST!! They took care of my tire replacement so quickly. They are super nice and courteous. Definitely a breath of fresh air when I was so anxious about replacing my tire. Great job the two of you!!
