was pleased with the service
I was hauling a travel trailer through town when the low pressure sensor came on. I called and they were able to get me in, not only to look at the tire, but switch it for the spare. Awesome service and attentiveness.
Friendly, open, honest and up front. I had a bad install from a previous place. They allowed me to use my own parts after verifying they're correct, showed me the small issue that was wrong and didn't try to uncharted or sneak out extra money. Would come again without question.
I’ve been a customer at tire plus for a few years and this morning I’ve experienced the worst customer service from employee by the name of TONY. I had an appointment at 8:30 and I was coming in to have my check engine light scan to get an idea of what was going on with my car.(after a 12 hour shift working in the hospital) These man starts saying with an Attitude Just cause I scan your car doesn’t mean we going to know what is wrong with your car, he proceeded to tell a diagnostic for my car would cost $170.00 and basically... read more
