Let me start off by saying I’ve used several Tires plus stores for my tire needs and never have I been dealt with in this manner. I made a phone call to this location around 12 noon on (5/30/2020) and spoke with a gentleman who answered the phone. I asked if they had enough time to plug/patch a tire that I have a nail in, I was responded with a yes as long as I arrived by 5pm. I live approximately 30 minutes away from this store. Customer service is absolutely horrible. They also have no idea what they are doing they can't even put a tire on the correct rim! They took 1 and a 1/2 hours to change one tire! and then put it on the wrong rim that was damaged. They never once admitted there mistake! I will not be taking my car back to them again. If you can avoid this place I recommend you do!
