Joe was my mechanic and Silas took care of everything else. Another manager helped out, thank you as well I'm sorry I missed your name. All 3 were extremely friendly and helpful. These guys ACTUALLY really care about their community and customers. They all really took care of me and made sure I was well looked after. I was later told the issue may actually be related to the CV axle/joints, which directly corresponds to the symptom I initially reported when I brought the vehicle in. This was very disappointing because the repair I paid for did not address the reason for my visit. Over recent visits, I experienced a pattern where I came in for one specific concern but left being advised to repair other items while my original complaint remained unresolved.
