James, Ben and the whole team are awesome, I highly recommend this establishment for all your wheels and vehicle needs, I went there with my tpms issues and the took care of me and didn't even charge me cent. Awesome people.Â
Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff always makes it a worthwhile visit to this auto service gem in St. Cloud. Despite the fact that I hadn’t visited in a long time, Ben still remembered me by name and was courteous and helpful as always! Kevin was my service specialist today, and his advice on my tire replacement was concise, well-informed, and memorable. Huge thanks to the entire team at Tire Plus in Saint Cloud! We had an emergency while driving from Miami to Orlando on a Friday afternoon, and they went above and beyond for us. Even though they were about to close at 7 pm, they patiently waited for us to arrive with the tow truck they recommended. Found myself in a jam last week with my daughters car on a busy Friday afternoon. I Called ahead, Ben said come right over his staff had her safely back on the road within 2 hours. I normally take my cars to Kissimmee for repairs, but will go there for all my auto repair needs from now on ..Â
