Good Morning. I would like to pass on my dissatisfaction with Tire Plus. I performed a service on March 1, 2022. The value was 421.59. But when I went to pay the store charged this amount twice on my card. The other day I went to the store and I was asked to print a bank statement to prove I had been charged twice. RecommendedChris Sands and his Tires Plus coworkers did an awesome job getting me in and out for a set of new tires and an alignment. I really appreciate the awesome customer service and quality of service on a rainy Saturday.
Was told it would take 30 minutes for a new tire and waited over 2 hours! Sat in the car outside and watched the workers stand around on their cell phones! They also pulled cars in and out while we waited for one simple tire! 😡😡😡

RecommendedThey always take care of me and my car. Tires plus has always kept me updated and they have never tried to sell me something I didn’t need. Great staff.
Walked in w/o an appt, they told me it could be 2 hours, thats fine, I expected it and brought a book. They had me on my way in 40 minutes!
I gave them one star because it made me! They ruined my car with the wrong kind of oil (to thin) and dropped a bolt inside the engine. My perfectly fine hemi motor is shot thanks a lot assholes ��
