Went to this location for a oil change, when returning to my vehicle I noticed that my seat was lifted and thought maybe i just need to adjust to lock the seat on tracks then my seat started to life and when I exit my car I see a screw underneath my driver chair. I Took my car back and showed my receipt and the screw and one of the employees attempted to fix the problem but made sure to state “ they don’t do anything with the seats” yet my seat is broken and wasn’t broken before dropping my car off for a oil change. They always go above and beyond for the customer thank you to the whole staff for all the helpÂ
After going there some times, today I totally lost trust in them, I waited almost two hours after I was told an inspection would take 40 minutes, , the inspection used to be free now is 23 dollars, they showed me a problem with the front tire and l asked if there was no leaks I was told no, a few minutes after they said they had bad news, miraculously a leak appear after they pushed back and forth the tire rod and it started to leak from the transmission, my car went in there with no leaks and after I asked them that questio... read more
