I recently went to a Discount Tire in Ocala, FL. My tire couldn’t be repaired so I needed a new one. They were busy. Somehow with lunch breaks they lost my tire and it took almost 4 hours. Today I needed another tire looked at. I came to this location, Mount Dora, FL. As I got out of my Jeep a rep approached me in the parking lot. Didn’t even get into the store. Update**** The only time you get a response to resolve bad work is when you contact the district manager Manely Brittain, otherwise they will just gaslight you to purchase more services that never improves your vehicles performance only breaks it more!!!
