I took my 2003 Dodge Ram 2500 in to your store in oak creek Wisconsin yesterday, Sunday May 30th 2021, to get serviced. They topped off all of the fluids and they put wayyyy to much transmission fluid and and now my truck is not driving. You guys also didn't correctly put my radiator cap back on and it blew coolant everywhere. I'm currently stuck on the side of the highway 2 miles from the shop
we recently prepaid for a tire and they did not install the tire in the time frame we would told. They refused to give us the tire we purchased so that we could have it installed somewhere else. The manager was not cooperative in resolving the problem. we did receive a credit back on the purchase. we will never be back. my son also had a wheel come off his car almost killing him because they did not tighten the lug nuts properly. I would not recommend this company.
Made an appt for 3p and arrived early. Was told they tried to call me to tell me it would be 4p before they could help me. I received no calls, voice-mails or texts between the time I made the appointment and the time I arrived. What a wasted trip. I will take my business elsewhere.
RecommendedHad a great experience with TirePlus. The customer service is outstanding, and the technicians are great at what they do. I was so impressed with their service! I returned for them to complete the other problem with my vehicle. This is one business I recommend for any and all to bring their vehicle for tires(great deals)and other maintenance issues (great deals).

Chris Sands and his Tires Plus coworkers did an awesome job getting me in and out for a set of new tires and an alignment. I really appreciate the awesome customer service and quality of service on a rainy Saturday.
Wanted to charge me 60 plus dollars labor to put in a headlight of a $20 bulb. What’s wrong with these people. I’ll never trade with tires plus again! That’s sorry, real sorry!
