Stopped here after an overnight shift because I needed my tire plugged. I told them I was in a rush and I was very tired. Instead of checking out my tire, they left it in the bay with my hood up. When I went to ask the status after 20 minutes, I noticed and asked about it. They told me they were unable to fix my tire. It took an additional 10 minutes for them to bring my vehicle back, and my seat had been moved but not put back. The service here is terrible and the men are very condescending.

0 Stars – Horrible and Dishonest Experience. I have a lifetime alignment subscription with Tire Plus. I went in for a basic oil change and to use my free alignment, which should have been straightforward. Right from the start, the front desk staff member was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He spoke with attitude, behaved as if he were the boss, and treated me like I had no basic understanding of cars.
