⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Huge thank you to Paul and Mike at Tires Plus in Cumming for their exceptional service! They helped me identify a serious issue with my tire and were incredibly understanding of my situation, especially since I’m currently driving a rental vehicle. They were patient, honest, and transparent throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain everything and help me understand my options. I’m genuinely grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. They made an already stressful situation ... read more
Brian was great
This was a great store that helped us out in a pinch. We were traveling and picked up a nail in one of our front tires. Even though it was Saturday and the store was completely busy with appointments, they took the time to look at our tire, find the nail, try to repair it without success then put on our spare. We were safely on our way in a little over an hour. Just the nicest people!
I go to tires plus for all my car care needs. They perform quality services at a reasonable rate. They take the time to explain things to me and are patient if things need to be repeated. This visit I learned I can go across the street to the gym while they’re working on my car….another plus!
very professional from first phone call to check out. Shawn and Paul are face of a business, but the care the team took of my vehicle was awesome. Made sure I took advantage all the discounts available from my account on the website.
