I had a very bad experience at this location and the lack of responsibility to fix the issue. I replaced the tires and requested an alignment to be done, they return the car with the steer wheel off center and said that the frame of my truck wasn’t straight. After 3 months using the truck the tires were wear out completely uneven. I took the vehicle to the dealer ship and got alignment correctly. Tireplus denied wrong doing and said couldn’t do anything because was too late. This is a no no place to go.
Tire Plus Cumming location is always on top of providing outstanding services with excellent customer service. Staff is extremely friendly, especially Brian, Paul and Lee. I have been servicing my 3 vehicles at this location for the last 7 years! They do proper diagnosing and advise you the root causes. They also carry tires for Tesla at competitive prices. One of my family members bought tires for their Tesla and was very happy with the services.
coffee pot was empty, waiting room is dingy. Bathroom was clean and techs are very nice and keep you updated. Will return based on the fact that techs are knowledgeable, friendly and job was done quickly
