I had a very poor experience with this location. The service initially seemed great—friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I was traveling from Florida to Connecticut when I had a blowout and needed four new tires ($760). The ones on my car were dry-rotted. I walked in around 3 p.m. on a Saturday, and to their credit, they had the tires in stock and got me out the door by closing time. Rick got us in and out quickly! The tire was repaired and a vehicle inspection performed. He was a pleasure to work with !
Tom was amazing with helping me and listening to what I needed. He gave great customer service.
I had a hole in my tire… And these guys were amazing!! They had me back on the road in no time!! Highly recommend
