I hope they take good care of Matthew; he is very professional, has great customer service, works well under pressure, and was very helpful. I had given up on Tires Plus due to a past experience at another location years ago. I came all the way from Muncie for an appointment to use my lifetime alignment to arrive to be told they could not do it today. I understand staffing issues occur and that sometimes services cannot be completed. However, calling patients prior is a bare minimum and completely disrespectful of your customers’ time
Repeat customer... I almost made it through Winter, but a mega pothole got me. The staff was great to work with, provided me with options that I chose myself. There was no pressure to upsell or get me to buy other services. Need tire work? You'll be hard-pressed to do better than Tires Plus. - Kirk
James stayed extra time to take care of my emergency tire patch. I wound up having to get a new tire and he was very helpful answering questions, concerns and direction for my new to me first EV that requires special EV tires. He gave no attitude even when he had the right to do so. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
These guys need a raise for working hard. only took them 20 mins to get my tires taken care of. Great workers & people
