I arrived at Tires Plus to be greeted by store manager Nick Benvenuto. I had a nail in my tire & was hours away from catching a flight. Nick did an extremely good job of getting me in & out with enough time to get to the airport & make my flight. Nick understands the concept of great customer service & I would recommend him & Tire Plus!

This is my second time in today for the same service . Neither one of the white men seem to be concerned about my issue of vibration in my front tires and my alignment being done correctly . I purchased a 12 month alignment plan along with rotations . It does not appear that rather of those things have been done . I asked for a print out of the alignment done and of course I didn't receive anything . 🚫 Deceptive & Unethical – Know Your Rights Under Florida Law 🚫 I brought my vehicle to Tires Plus in Lake Mary and was charged nearly $2,600 for a list of repairs. I later learned from a second certified mechanic; I should have been charged approximately $1000. The mechanic also told me an oil cap was nearly falling off, he said this could have been dangerous; I had been driving like this for weeks. First, every interaction with all personnel was excellent. I wish I had their names to call them out specifically. No exceptions—over the phone & face-to-face. Everyone spoke great English. Staff confirmed the exact tire we needed. Their cost & time guesstimates were legit. And the actual tire guy was great. We couldn’t be happier, thank you.

Missing my $400 Engine cover off a 2017 JEEP Wrangler Sport after they did my oil change. Was told the new part was $360 and they were waiting to get one from a junk yard to make me whole. Called Corporate where a case was started but no one would give their full name! ANYONE that tells you this place is good or can be trusted is lying to you! Michael might want to be careful; he might have as bad a day as I just had when he laughed at my concerns about my $38000 JEEP.
