I had to come on here and share my experience at Tires Plus recently. I will start with the good/great because I feel like that is important. When I walked in at 8 am with no other customers, I was greeted within 2 minutes, which is good. Helped, and told how much it would cost BEFORE I handed over the keys! The whole service took less than 45 minutes, so that made me glad, the bathroom looked somewhat clean from the door when I stood in the doorway to look in. I've been going to this tires plus for over 8yrs and there are so many reasons I keep coming back! I've also sent a few friends over ! Carl and his team have always done an amazing job listening to my concerns, fixing the problems and keeping me in budget! They always take time to answer all my questions and trust me there is a lot of them !! Even when I've had a few last minute emergencies his team has gotten me in and out asap! Just wanna say thank you guys so much !
Incredibly helpful, got us out of a jam quickly and with good humor!!!
A great group of guys who went above and beyond, even while short-handed. I truly appreciated their thoroughness and their willingness to help get me back on the road safely.
