I went in for an engine tune up and an oil change and they did not change my oil and I was still charged for it in my invoice
Sent my young daughter to get a tire rotation and alignment. She said the guy came out and said that’s not what’s causing the problem and the truck to shake, she needed a wheel barring replaced. Instead of calling and talking to me, he spoke with my teenage daughter. I would not have had this service done at tires plus. Almost $600 later, the issue is still not fixed!!
I brought my vehicle in to get new tires. They told me an hour and half at the absolute latest and it's still not done and I've been here for 3 hours now. Will not go back. Should've just went somewhere else.
Brought my vehicle for an alignment they told me they did it and they never did I had to bring to another shop after 2 weeks don it recommend don’t they are rip offs
