I went in the other day and purchased 2 new tires which I thought were a very good price. However someone came out and said that I need my tires rod ends replaced on one side and ball joint replaced on one side ass well. I was going to have them do it until he showed me the price would be another 1100 dollars. I went to Napa after my appointment and purchased all 3 of those parts for under 100 dollars so Tires Plus was going to charge me 1000 dollars for labor which my friend who is going to fix it all this weekend said it w... read more
I went in to get 2 new front tires which they did and the price of the tires were good and it drives nice again. However they came out and told me that I need 3 other things fixed and I was ready to have them fix those as well until I saw it was going to cost me 1100 dollars to fix inner and outer tie rods on one side and lower ball joint on 1 side. Doing what they can as best they can!
This is the worst place to bring your car. I brought mine in because of a noise and warning lights on the dashboard, but nothing was fixed. All they did was charging me.
