I scheduled an appointment online. Arrived for my appointment and they informed me that sometimes those “fall through the cracks” and unfortunately, they were not able to get me in because they were booked. WHAT?? You mean to tell me that I scheduled the appointment but because of the way your system works, I really don’t have an appointment and you are not going to get my car in to be serviced?? Yes, that is exactly what happened. This is unacceptable customer service!! Very disappointed.
Dropped my car off before 9am. Was told there were 6 cars ahead of mine. Called at 3:30, was told two more cars we ahead of mine. Called again at 6:40, 20 minutes till close, they still hadn’t looked at it. This is all for a slow leak and oil change. Now it is almost 8 pm and they are closed. Feeling helpless and worried about the security of my car.

3.5 hrs for a set of tires and that’s after appointment. Then to the end I asked if it needed an alignment they didn’t check and if I wanted to find out i needed another appointment even when the car was still in the lift. Just have to micromanage the staff or else they do what ever they want.
