Where do I start lol. I showed up on time to an appt I set, only to wait about 20 mins to be greeted by a gentlemen that had an attitude as if he did not want to be there. I then was told by said gentleman that I would wait no more than 90 minutes from start to finish. I waited patiently for the 90 mins and went up to the desk where AGAIN, I felt I was bothering them for asking for an update. They never followed up on progress and kept just doing "busy" work. Great service great price really knowledgeable on different brands and types of tires
Steve has been my service advisor at my local tires plus for years. Solid upright guy I trust him with my car and he has always given me sound advice and truthful, advice, and trustworthy advice. I’m glad that he is at the store I go to otherwise I’d go to another store just so he could remain my service advisor.
Easy appointments, gave me an email notification on the results, no extras sold. I did have a battery that wasn’t up to par and the email said someone was going to be in touch after the review but no one called. I got a call that my car was ready, so i asked if they can change my battery since it didn’t pass the inspection. Overall good customer service and clean place. My car is working great.
Made an appointment via Todd for new battery. Very overdue. Dropped car off, two hours later received a receipt for charging my old battery. Nobody ever called to ask if I wanted a charge or proceed with new battery (which was why I got the appt). Todd wants to explain things away on the phone but wouldn’t talk in person.
