Courteous, quick service… The tire could not be repaired so they had to order one for me which came in within 24 hours.Junior was especially good and handled the situation professionally and got me in and out before I had to be at work that afternoon. went to a competitor to check on their service and pricing and Tires plus was better…… recommended.
Steve the Mgr. takes really good care of his customers, that's why I have been a customer at this location for over 10 years. Always courteous and respectful, they take the time to explain exactly what service your car will need and how much it will cost. Most vehicle repair shops don't have a very good reputation, I can promise you this! This particular Tires Plus location is on point. Best quality and balance tires and smooth ride.
I have used Tires Plus for many years to care for my Equinox and they have always been professional, informative, and caring I'm doing so. I would highly recommend them to friends!! I TRUST THEM!!
About 20 years ago I wanted to buy a used car. One service center gave me a 4 page list of repairs needed. I then took the car to Tires Plus - they examined the car and said nothing on the list needed any work. BUT that the other center missed something, a $4.50 gas filter!! I have been a loyal customer ever since and have not been disappointed. And they are all so darn nice and always explain the services needed.
