Excellent customer service! I was half way through an 8 hour drive to Florida with my best friend for a bachelorette trip and noticed a nail in my tire. They got me in immediately. Checked everything out thoroughly and let me know that the nail didn’t go all the way through my tire so no patch was needed! They were so nice and polite and made two girls feel safe! Extremely thankful for them!
I brought my car in for a standard service and left feeling incredibly frustrated and worried about my vehicle. The communication from the service team was basically non-existent and they kept pushing for extra repairs that felt completely unnecessary. Not only did they take way longer than they originally promised, but the whole experience felt like a huge waste of time and money. I definitely will not be returning to this shop for any future maintenance needs.
We were driving from Atlanta to Naples Florida in an Enterprise rental car and hit shrapnel on the freeway blowing out a front tire. Enterprise directed us to Tires Plus in Perry Georgia. Sean was absolutely amazing as was the rest of the crew. They had us in and out in under 30 minutes so we were back on the road and headed home! Who says customer service no longer exists!
