One star is too much, zero stars would be more appropriate. After being a loyal customer for many years, this store caused damage to my vehicle. We took it back many times and even paid to get diagnostic tests. They continue to give us the run-around and telling us to get second opinions (which we have) instead of correcting their mistake, they just continue to give excuses and have been untruthful.
