Had a flat tire, contacted the store and was told to bring my vehicle there. Great same day service. David was awesome to work with and explained all options clearly.
David at tires plus was extremely helpful. He fixed an issue with our glove compartment in under five minutes. 10/10 recommended
When I first called to get an estimate for all new tires and alignment for my vehicle I spoke with Jacob who was very knowledgeable and helpful, he answered all of my questions! He was able to get my car in fast and easy! When I called the day of my appointment I spoke with Alex and he was friendly and when I spoke to him in person he answered my silly questions and was respectful and reassuring! This place is garbage. They can't even align my car properly. Bought the alignment service and they refused to align vehicle with every excuse in the book. I contacted their corporate office have yet to be given a resolution/ call back.
