Insanely overpriced. I had a small tire already off a trailer that needed the bead set back becuase of a flat. Was charged as if they lifted the trailer, removed a rim and tire and swapped a tire then set it back on the ground. When asked about why it was so expensive was told "welcome to key west" terrible customer service and absolutely insane pricing. Every other shop in KW it would have been 20buck. Now i know.
Charged several hundred dollars over with no transparency and nasty customer service. Will never use again or recommend to anyone in town. I was charged twice for credit card fees and taxes and provided no itemized receipt. When I calmly explained this to the manager on the phone, he threw a fit and hung up. Great customer service - helped us determine the right tread and tire brand for our needs. Got us the tires quickly (less than 24 hours), and also quick installation.
Not only they Damaged my rims but tried to sell me 1 tire for $200 bucks… the car is AWD with 29K miles on it already. Replacing 1 tire while the rest is worn out will result or lead to mechanical issues. The bald guy prolly got upset (eyes rolling) since he didn’t make the sale on me. Not going back there ever again. I still paid $22 including tip for labor that only took 20 min. Go elsewhere!
