They told me to come Monday for my tires to be installed, I went there, waited an hour to find out someone never ordered them, the manager was more concerned about rescheduling than the inconvenience I went through and he was rude when I told him I wasn't coming back, waste of time, go elsewhere!!
I usually just buy tires from here and take them out and do the work myself. But unfortunately this time my fathers shop was slammed and i couldn’t do the work that was needed on my car. Which was 4 new tires, alignment, and inspection and emissions. Well they decided to fail my inspection because my “front right tie rod” was bad along with my “left wheel bearing” I took it not only to another shop who said nothing is wrong with it and my inspection shouldn’t have failed. I brought my truck in for front brakes. The mechanic used an air chisel and ruined my wheel bearing trying to do the job. They also cut up the ABS sensor trying to remove the wheel bearing. Then they stripped the bolts putting it back together. Then after I left and the caliper locked up on the driver side. I went back and they told me there was nothing wrong. I had to bring it to another shop who found out that they only put 3 out of 4 bolts in my wheel bearing, and the bleeder bolts on the caliper were still seized. ... read more
