Terrible business practices and ethics
They do good job and are good at what they do. Just have had issues with pricing for easy jobs like break change and even oil changes, everyone else in the area can give me a price up front when I ask to get quoted over the phone but have always had this issue with this shop for this reason. I personally don't have time to take my car in to get inspected or quoted on what seems to be a very common job. With that said I do recommend them but I personally will be taking my cars to a different shop.
I'm so glad I found this shop. Rob in office was great as were the technicians in shop. This will be the only shop to touch my vehicles from now on. Highly recommended.
The guys at tires direct are dedicated workers.
