I’m giving this shop one star because what they did was not only poor-quality work but also dangerously unsafe. They released my car with untightened tie rods and tampered with the tie rod rubber boots, causing grease to leak out. This kind of negligence could have led to a serious accident. I hope my experience saves others from spending more money to fix their mistakes or, worse, dealing with catastrophic failures caused by their carelessness.

Alignments in the front, everything else you’ll go in from the alley in the rear after you talk to them. They work on everything except the engine and transmission. When it was my turn they did a quick job. You can pay here or across the street at their tire location. People complain about the long wait times but it’s for a reason. You can’t beat their prices.

I did a wheel alignment here just one day ago, and the moment I drove off, my car immediately started pulling sharply to the right. I mean literally — if I take my hands off the wheel, it veers off within a second. I waited in line for almost 3 hours expecting quality service, and this is what I got? Keep your $50 — I’d rather go to a real shop and get it done properly. I’m not even going back to have it redone. Not worth my time.
