Terrible alignment and terrible customer service. My tire wear is uneven after they did an alignment on my vehicle. Would not recommend.
this place, just scams, i went with a noise in the front of my car, i told him how to hear it and wear and of course he says “ it’s the breaks” i tried telling him it isn’t, and he kept on and on and so i did it, and now the breaks that wasn’t even the problem, squeak worse then the breaks i had before, and it wasn’t even the break, all they do is just make a way to get money because they get no business.
This is not a very good establishment at all. I have never been more disgusted by someone's customer service than this place. I'm talking specifically about the Smithfield location. I was given price for shock replacement and told to travel to this location. So I drove almost 50 miles just to this place. Only to be told that they couldn't do the job. Then it turned into they just flat out didn't want to do job they had given quote for. I get it, they saw my parts were kinda expensive, and wanted to go up on price. But would ... read more
