I really appreciated the personal attention I received. These guys are great! Explained everything that happened to my Expedition and repaired the radiator hose and refilled with anti-freeze. Thanks guys!
Go to any other Tire shop. These guys lack professionalism and customer service!
Took my forester in for a brake and rotor inspection. They ended up doing front rotor and front and rear brakes. We had an issue with squeezing and they were always great about doing everything they could to fix the issue. It was a hardware issue in the end and they fixed it with no extra cost on my part. They were kind and efficient and as a woman they were very easy to work with. They never treated me as less than an important customer and were more than willing to handle my concerns.
Don’t trust these guys…they say bring your own parts giving the impression you’re gonna save money, but the contrary…Brake Check a brake flush $100 with parts, these dudes $150 without parts. I told the guy that answered and he said, well go there instead. Not trying to price match or anything. Guess there’s plenty of suckers in San Marcos to need their business. Buyer beware, go to reputable companies cuz these guys sounds like the type that change your oil and say your engine needs a major overhaul Tough economy man. Brake... read more
