I bought 4 new tires there. After 2 months, one of them developed a bead leak. They told me "with aluminum rims, that's normal maintenance".That's bull! I've been a licenced mechanic for over 30 years. Believe me... That's NOT normal.
Jake at tires 2000 help me out great yesterday I had to get a tire replaced before I went to work they were busy but he knew that I had to go out of town due to a funeral so he got me in that morning. Thank you so much they've always done right by me every time

John picked us up after our car had the water pump go out. He towed us from Charlotte all the way to Grand Rapids. He was professional, friendly, and personable the entire time. In a tough situation, it was great to have someone so helpful and kind. If we ever need help in the area again, the first place I'll call is Tires 2000.
I hate bringing my vehicle in to be fixed. I have brought mine here the last two times. And I will never go anywhere else again!
