Thank you! Thank you. After several recommendations, I finally got the chance to get my car serviced here. I stopped in on Wednesday afternoon, and Ibrahim was able to inspect my car right away. We figured out what was wrong with my car in no time. (On a side note: remember to put your car in valet mode if you have an alarm system). If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this shop—and especially with the owner, Ibrahim—was extremely unprofessional. We paid to have winter tires mounted on our existing rims. At drop-off, he inspected the rims and tires and gave us a price, which we agreed to. Later, he called me raising his voice, claiming the wheels were 20" and demanding an extra $50, despite having already examined them. I had to insist that he honour the original price he provided. I have been going to TirePlus Signature for more than 25 years -- for all my tire and general auto repair needs (over 5 cars). The owner (Ibrahim) has always been extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. His pricing is very reasonable, fair and competitive. He explains things thoroughly, where possible offers numerous options and is very respectful of choices. I feel very fortunate to have this fair and honest service for my car needs.

I experienced the worst customer service i’ve ever seen. I asked them to help me put my licence plate on the back of my car. The screw was rusted and i couldn’t remove it myself. The guy told me he would charge me for $30 if it took 30 mins and up $70 if it took an hour !! I was completly shocked that such a simple task could cost up to a $70. I want to show him the picture, but he won’t look at it because he can’t tell me if he can or can’t solve the problem. Please stay away !!
