I was in town helping a friend when the starter went out in my truck. Not knowing the area well and being 60 miles from home I was at a loss, not knowing what to do. I remembered seeing a Tire Max and looked up their website. Seeing they did other repairs. I gave them a call and explain my situation. I have purchased 3 sets of tires and purchased extra protection and was told I could go anywhere for damages and rotate and balance guess what this was a lie. This is the second time I have had issues with a tire purchase from here. Oh well you have lost my business I’ll go back to Goodyear they don’t lie.
Bought $500 in tires here. Hit a pothole & sliced one open. Went to tire max for help as it was just up the street. Caleb at the counter told me to drive it home on the rim & call a tow truck. He said it would take weeks to order the tire. Just beware, folks.
