I was on my way to Parry Sound and thought I might have a tire problem. Stopped at Tire master on highway 12 and expressed my concern. They took me in right away to check the tire. After a short time I was told they did a full inspection of the tire and could not find any issues and would not be any charge. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who served me but he was friendly and easy to talk to. If I lived closer to Tiremaster they would definitely have my tire business.
Id give less then 1 star for ORILLIA TIREMASTER if I could. I went to orillia tiremaster in 2022 looking for Michelin tires. The guy gave me a deal on tires. I now find out from my mechanic that my tires have tire rot. At no point did tire master disclose that they installed 3 tires dated 2018 and 1 tire dated 2020. Sure I saved 100 per tire but I would of rather paid extra to have new tires of the year. If your a female buying tires, make sure you ask the yr of the tires next time your told, I can help you out with a deal. ... read more

Zero stars I wish ....... Stay far away I would never go to this place ever again ... Either they are good scammers or someone isn't doing the job correctly! I have a feeling it's a combination of both. I called Monday to ask for a price for a lawn tractor valve stem replaced. I was told over the phone $25. a simple 2 min job .... My 16 year old dropped off the tire, we waited all day, I understand it's busy and jobs have to wait, we picked it up at 4.45. My 16 year old went in and they said oh it's now $50. Absolutely wonderful staff who helped us with some loose tires and an awful whirring noise. Thanks to their generosity and kindness we’re headed off safely to celebrate my partners 28th! 10/10 would recommend.
