In June, I had an alignment done after installing new struts, trusting the shop to get it right. A few weeks later, I noticed unusual tire wear and checked the camber angle myself, which visibily looked off. I contacted the dealer, who recommended a camber of 0.58 degrees, but the shop had set mine at 2.4 and 2.6—way outside the correct range. I called and explained to Mike I had low air on a semi tire and needed it looked at. He said, "Bring it in and probably take 1 hour." I asked to have the drives rotated also. Repair and rotate took less than 1 hour! Justin and Joe worked great as a team and communicated to make sure everything was done to my liking. Reasonable pricing and timely service! I will definitely go back when the time comes. Thanks, guys!
