My husband and I were traveling in our RV to PA and when we were at Cracker Barrel having breakfast, he noticed that the drivers side inner tire looked flat. He was gonna try to air it up on his own but I convinced him we should go to a shop. Mike at Best One got us right in and I glad we came because their was too much damaged to the tire so we had to buy a new one. They had us on the road within an hour. Thanks Mike and team!

In June, I had an alignment done after installing new struts, trusting the shop to get it right. A few weeks later, I noticed unusual tire wear and checked the camber angle myself, which visibily looked off. I contacted the dealer, who recommended a camber of 0.58 degrees, but the shop had set mine at 2.4 and 2.6—way outside the correct range.
