MIKE WAS GREAT, AND WAS THERE ALL THE WAY THROUGH MY BUYING PROCESS.
Jordan was very kind and knowledgeable. He walked out to where I was stranded in the parking lot at Meijer and assessed the situation with my car. He diagnosed and fixed the car quickly and was very generous with my tire situation. I will use them again with any car repairs or tire issues in the future.
place is trash, made me make an appointment after telling me no appointments, then told me i couldn’t just walk in and had to make an appointment for wednesday, when i went wednesday to my appointment their systems are down, why is is hard to get an oil change?
Only thing I don’t like is how they add product warranties without asking.
Horrible place to go got my entire front end replaced took it there for an aliment and they are telling me parts need replaced and wouldn’t do my alignment multiple times now. Will never return.
