Quoted 2 hours worth of work. 6 hours later I still have yet to hear from the shop. Call to figure out what's going on... they don't have the part in stock as I was originally told they did. Was then given roughly another hour to complete the work once the part came back... 2 hours later and I've yet to hear from anyone. Today I experienced a very rude, condescending and out right not professional contact with a male employee. He came off with his...I've been here for 12 yrs so I know. Just a horrible way to talk to and treat a potential customer. Trying to give his assessment of my car/ tires from inside the building. No thank you. I told him I don't want him near my vehicle. You just lost a potential customer.
