I have been a customer at Tireman for over 20 years and have always received top notch service The employees are friendly, fair, and honest. They do things right the first time and have always honored their warranty without question. They make sure that my family's vehicles are safe and alert me when they see issues even without me asking for an inspection.
I had a major oil leak in my car. It was leaking so much oil I could barley get to work and back. I went to valvoline to get oil put in and they said it looked like my oil pan gasket. I then called Tireman and explained what was happening and what I thought it was based on what valvoline said (they are not certified mechanics btw). They quoted me a cost of $400 and 3.5 hours of labor. I will always take my car into this location. A couple of times I strayed due to being closer to another area and learned my lesson. The guys working here are great and I can't beat the price of their oil changes. Plus if I've come to them with other problems I know they have always taken care of me honestly.
a simple tail light bulb that cost $6.99 they said they couldn't remove it because the screw was stripped they want to charge me 140 to change the whole lens I went down the street to Valvoline they change my bulb in 5 minutes
Becareful on them telling you that you need stuff replaced because they will exaggerate on the condition and life expectancy of what they say is bad especially if you area a female, just so they can get the business
I just got home from the newly remodeled tireman here in BG, I went in just to get my headlight checked out since it goes off and on when I hit a bump or sometimes when it rains. I asked if they could take a look at it and was told no it would be a extensive job and there wouldn't be time today and that was that he didn't ask if I would like to schedule an appt tomorrow, nothing. Honest and reasonable. Good prices on tires and services. They have never charged me for an inspection.
I'm posting this review as a helpful review for you to know my experience. I dropped off my Saturn Vue at tireman in February of 2011, to have them repair a job on my vehicle which included replacing the upper valve gasket.. I dropped it off Monday and I didn't get it back till Saturday. I was to polite by telling them to take their time, because I wanted the job done right and not fast and sloppy.
