Went in for tire replacement and rotation. Was called about multiple other issues but agreed to have rotors and breaks replaced for $364 and id handle the rest because funds have been scares, but neglected to tell me this was only for one set so when I arrived I had a surprise bill of over $800 when i was expecting half. They did the job but I still feel robbed due to the poor communication. Ordered new tires off of their website that had $150 dollars in rebates with a deal ending that day. Made the appt for a few days later but their website wouldn't process payments at that time and was told to just pay at time of service. The service was great, but was told that since I paid after the deal ended, they wouldn't give me the rebates. Just use a place like Costco - good service, upfront costs, warranty included in price.
