Had the absolute best experience today!! The crew fit me in with no apt and had me in and out in <20 minutes over lunch. I cannot express how awesome the service is here.
My recent experience with a vehicle diagnostic and repair for my 2005 Mustang was a very positive experience. Freaking awesome shop! Hands down best in Vernon but the one owner Randy reminds me of an old "get off my lawn" kind of ass. Maybe you should get some manners and not be up front as the face of the company such a shame because all the staff were incredible and I wanted nothing more than to leave 5 stars for them
The Randy person was rude and made it seem like he didn want me to be asking anything on the phone. Seemed as if I was a bother and his racist tone left me to feel small so im taking work to an different place to buy and have car stuff truck done.
