After my 2 latest purchases...of 2 sets of ice & snow tires (8 tires...totaling about $1300)...and having bought at least 3 sets (4 per set) in the past few years...I an DONE with this tire dealer! Complete disaster with these 2 recent dealings! (More detailed report and reasons "why" to follow!)
DO NOT GO HERE!!! customer service is huge in my eyes. All of my friends and family have been going here to get tires for over 35 years and have never had a problem. I have very large and expensive tires for my jeep. I called ahead to make sure they had tires in my size. I was told they had a couple different brands for me to look at. Today I drove 45 minutes to get there and was told that they don't have tires that size.
