Waiting on tire, they told Don at Mavis Waxhaw 2:33 Wednesday, he called back at 3:30 was told tire on route, then he called back at 4:30 and was told tire wouldn't arrive until first thing Thursday morning. I appreciate Don keeping me informed, but I don't think TireHub is very dependable. Of course, Don apologized for the mishap. I told him it was out of his control and I blame apparently TireHub for being poorly organized not Mavis in Waxhaw.
Customer service rep Haley is awesome to deal with and extremely helpful, she represents tirehub very well!

I went to Tire Hub today for the first time and had no problems. I drive a truck for a living and have multiple stops a day. This place was by far the best. Everyone was so very nice to me and very helpful. Thank you for a pleasant stop.
