We brought our truck in to have the entire brake system and tires replaced, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. After the initial repair, we immediately noticed that the truck wouldn't brake properly when reversing. We brought it back in, and while that specific issue was addressed, the problems didn't stop there. Had new tires installed quickly but they also went above and beyond and had the back window looked at while it was there.
