I took our 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe into Tirecraft Waterloo for an alignment. They aligned the front end and said the rear end alignment bolts would not come free, even with two mechanics using a pry bar so they could not do the rear alignment. That was disappointing, especially when they showed me the rear tires were out of alignment. They indicated the tires would wear unevenly and that the tires should be rotated frequently. I have had a great experience using Tirecraft (Waterloo location) for alignment and car service needs. They seem to be honest and are very good at explaining the results with you upon completion of inspections, etc. The reports they provide are great. I will be using Tirecraft for future service/maintenance needs.
