Exceptional friendly service! Highly appreciated!
Super friendly and honest service. I have had car repairs done there before and the price was very fair. Today I popped in because my tires were quite low on air. I was welcomed with a big smile and a nice young man filled up my tires as a courtesy - no charge. Its little gestures like a free tire fill that restores my faith in people. Thank you, Tirecraft Summerland!
I don't like giving negative reviews. My family has had a few bad experiences. I would not write anything negative if it was a one off experience. Details are not important here, its the fact that I have a hard time with how our last 2 experiences have gone (I gave them a second chance) and I have an even harder time believing they will get another chance from anyone in my family.
Tirecraft Summerland was able to fit us in quickly to replace our front wheel bearing. We also had our brakes replaced and serviced. They had us back on the road quickly and safely. We really appreciate their excellent and friendly service. Thank you to all the staff. We recommend them to all our friends and family.
