Left my vehicle with them for two weeks while on vacation, When I returned, they called me letting me know that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived to pick it up, one of the first things said was, how was my vacation. That friendliness just got them another job when it comes up.
I had a fast leak and wasn't going to make it home. Picked up a piece of metal in the sidewall on Burlington St. Because it was thru the sidewall it couldn't be repaired. The manager put on a used tire, said "I don't sell used tires", and didn't charge me a penny. These are the type of people that you want to be doing business with.
I was hesitant to bring my new rims to just anyone for a balance for fear of having them scratched. Tirecraft took care of me without issue. Great service and great price for the work completed!
Went here a bit ago to get my current tires put on my new rims i had purchased at the time. this place was on the pricier end around $40 a tire to get them installed on the rim each if i am not mistaken, it was a little bit ago. however, no leaks no shaking so thats good just pricey. i just wish that it was brought to my attention even though it was technically my mistake that i was unaware of was that my aftermarket rims that i was putting on were causing the tires to grind against the fender violently, they would touch the... read more

They replaced my car’s starter in December and more recently completely fixed a massive oil leak, and replaced the timing belt- all done expertly by mechanic Nathan!
